Network Performance Update and Credit Notice

Over the past few days, we’ve received a number of reports about slow network speeds and high latency. After a thorough investigation, we’ve traced the issue to a buffer problem in the proprietary driver used by our Broadcom network card on AlmaLinux 9. This is what’s been causing the erratic ping times you’ve experienced.

We’re currently working closely with our datacenter to replace the affected network card with an Intel model, which we expect will resolve the issue. The hardware swap is scheduled to be completed within the next 24 hours.

To make up for the inconvenience, we’re extending all active VPS services by one month and issuing a $30 credit to every affected account once the issue is fully resolved.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to restore optimal performance.
