Are you a bulletproof host?
While we are based in various offshore locations, we are not a bulletproof host. Hosting botnets, hacking tools, or engaging in illegal activities will result in your server being suspended. Abuse reports, including DMCA notices, will be forwarded to you.
Do you allow the sending of email?
Due to potential abuse, we block ports associated with email to prevent spammers from misusing our service. If you need email functionality, please contact our support team.
Can I use your service for mass scanning?
No, using our service for mass scanning or hacking other networks is prohibited. Such activities are considered abuse and will result in your server being suspended.
Do you manage the VPS for me?
No, we do not manage the VPS for you. We provide the hosting service, but you are responsible for managing, maintaining, and configuring your server.
Can I get a refund?
You may request a refund within 15 days if you are not satisfied with your VPS. Refunds are not issued if your server is suspended due to abuse.
Can I run Windows?
You can select Windows at checkout to have Windows Server 2025 pre-installed, or upload your own ISO to install a custom version.
Are you a reseller?
We own and lease the physical hardware and manage the servers ourselves. We don't directly resell hosting.
What payment gateway do you use?
We made our own payment gateway using Bitcoin's and Monero's RPC APIs, meaning we don't have to rely on third party gateways that track and block you.
Can I reinstall my VPS?
Yes, you have access to a control panel that allows you to reinstall your server with any distribution at any time as needed.
Do you have DDoS protection?
All our servers come with DDoS protection, but we strongly recommend using services like Cloudflare for additional security.
Can I mine crypto with my VPS?
No, mining cryptocurrencies is not allowed as it is resource-intensive and generally unprofitable.
Do you accept other cryptocurrencies?
As of now we accept Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Monero, Wownero, Litecoin, and Digibyte but will continue to add more as interest grows.
