We’ve added offsite backups for all client VPS servers. This means your data is now backed up to a separate physical storage server in a different location, just in case something ever goes seriously wrong.

These backups are fully encrypted and stored securely. They aren’t meant for recovering individual files—this system is here to help us recover servers in a major disaster, like a hardware failure or datacenter issue.

It’s still a good idea to keep your own backups of anything important, but this adds another layer of protection for peace of mind.
