Earlier today our site and hosting platform went offline due to a hardware issue. One of the RAM sticks in our main server failed and caused the system to crash.

Services are now back online and everything should be running normally again. We have opened a ticket with the data center to replace the faulty RAM.

This is also a good reminder to make sure you have your own backups of your server and any important data. While we do our best to keep everything stable, having a backup is always the safest option.

Once the RAM has been replaced we will contact all affected clients with a final update and details about compensation. If you notice any issues with your server, please reach out to support and we will be happy to help.
